Dear students,
The Ordered gowns for 2019-2020 Postgraduates were finished. Due to Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia situation, many students were not able to pick up their ordered gowns as schedule before. In order to coordinate with the Congregation 2020 held on November, Graduation Committee will distribute the gowns as below schedule:
Date: November 26 to 27, 2020
Time: 9:30 – 13:00 , 14:00-18:00
Venue: S3-G017 (UMPA office)
The students who had purchased the gown could collect their graduation gowns as the above with the student card, and the payment receipt. Students can authorize the trustee with the letter of authorization (see attachment 1), payment receipt and his/her student ID copy to collect the gown.
