We would like to inform that the Manulife (International) Limited ("Manulife") sends the "Provident Fund Employee Benefit Statement 2019" to the provident fund scheme members by post today (19 March 2020).
If you have not yet received the statement on or before 31 March 2020, you may contact the following Manulife representatives for assistance.

In addition, if you would like to update the correspondence address, you can select one of the following ways:
- Log in to the Manulife’s personal account (https://www.manulife.com.hk), and go to the "Account Setting" page to update the correspondence address; or
- Complete the "Change of Contact Details Form" (Attachment 1) and send to the Human Resources Section of Office of Administration, our Section will assist to forward the form to the Manulife.
