香港中文大學商學院房地產理學碩士課程是亞洲唯一一個融合房地產、商業和旅遊資產學科研究和教學資源的碩士課程，課程結合理論與行業實踐，透過體驗式學習，從商業投資和社區角度教授學生房地產不同發展階段的知識與技能。畢業生職業前景廣闊，包括房地產規劃、開發、融資、投資、估價、資產管理、設施管理、租賃、行銷和諮詢領域等。課程獲特許測量師學會 (RICS) 認證，學生畢業後於相關領域工作2年，即可申請成為全球認可的特許測量師。

Master of Science in Real Estate of CUHK Business School is the ONLY master’s degree in Asia that draws on multi-disciplinal research and teaching resources ranging from real estate, business to hospitality. An experiential learning curriculum that integrates theory and real-world practice to ensure students understand multiple phases of the real estate development from business, investment and community perspectives. MRE graduates have a wide range of career opportunities in property planning, development, financing, investment, valuation, asset management, facilities management, leasing, marketing, and consultancy. The program is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Graduates may become chartered surveyors with 2 years of work experience in the relevant fields.
