Notice About Pick up the Ordered Postgraduate Graduation Gown
Dear Graduates：
Greetings!
The production of the ordered gowns for 2019-2020 Postgraduate were finished. In order to allow the graduates to pick up the ordered gown according to the arrangement of resuming class.
There are two methods to pick up your gown:

1. Pick up on site
Date: 28 to 29 May, 2020
Time: 14:00 – 18:30
Venue: Student Activity Center, E31, Room 1003
Pick up method:
- Please bring your student ID card and receipt to pick up your gown as the mentioned schedule.
- You may authorize other to pick up the gown for you. The trustee should bring the letter of authorization (see attachment 1), receipt and your student ID copy to get the gown.
2. Online reservation
If you are not able to pick up your gown on 28 &29 May, you can make a reservation to pick up the gown through online application after June 1st 2020. After received the confirmation of the reservation, students can go to the front desk of Students Affair Office (SAO) at E31 2/F on the 3-5 p.m. of every Monday or Friday to pick up the gown.
The details of the reservation process as the following:
1) Download the application form（Attachment 2）
2) Send the application form via email to umpa.gradcom@um.edu.mo
3) Wait for the reply from Graduation Committee
4) Pick up the graduation gown according to the guide in the mailMeanwhile, online reservation allows you to authorize others to pick up the gown for you. The trustee should bring the letter of authorization (see attachment 1), receipt and your student ID copy to get the gown.
The graduation committee plans to offer other graduation gown delivering methods in the next semester (the 1st of year 2020-2021). If you plan to pick up your graduation gown, please stay tuned to related notice.
