Ma Man Kei and Lo Pak Sam College (MLC) hosted the semester review and Super-pass Party at the MLC dining hall on 28th November 2019. The event was designed to review the achievements of the College and to plan for next semester. This was also a traditional occasion to cheer up the students before the final examinations. Over 300 participants attended the party, including Non-Resident Fellows, affiliate Professors and students.
During the speech given by Prof. Wong, MLC interim Master, she praised the students for their achievements and encouraged them to participate in more college activities in the coming semester. She also expressed her best wishes to all students for good results in their final examinations. Mr. Terry Zhan, the president of House Association, represented HA to summarize the activities organized by 7 departments.
At the award presentation ceremony, MLC contribution awards, MLC scholarship and MLC spirit award, in total 3 categories and 18 awards were presented to 52 individuals or groups by college academic staff, NRF and affiliates, to recognize the outstanding achievements and contribution made by MLC students.
After the speech and award presentation ceremony, guests and students enjoyed food and desert prepared by the College.
