劉鵬(專利代理人):
2000年畢業於同濟大學電子信息工程系信息工程專業,2003年獲該校信號與信息處理專業碩士學位,2014年獲得北京大學知識產權法碩士學位。 2006年獲得專利代理人資格,2009年獲得律師資格。 2007年在美國律師事務所接受美國專利法培訓,2013年在法國斯特拉斯堡CEIPI接受歐洲專利審查和訴訟培訓。
2003年加入中國專利代理(香港)有限公司以來主要負責電子、通信和機械領域的專利無效/訴訟,在復審委、北京知識產權法院、北京高院、最高人民法院有豐富的出庭經驗。此外,還處理專利申請、知識產權許可、知識產權合同審查、FTO、盡職調查等業務,並代理專利、商標、著作權訴訟、域名爭議和反不正當競爭案件。 趙蘇林(專利代理人):
1995 年畢業於北京化工大學理學院工業分析專業(輔修計算機應用專業),獲工學學士學位。 2000年獲該學院應用化學專業工學碩士學位。同年加入中國專利代理(香港)有限公司。 2000年獲專利代理人資格。 2005年赴德國律師事務所接歐洲專利法培訓。 2006年獲得中國人民大學民商法學碩士學位。 2009年通過國家司法考試,獲律師資格。 2011年在美國John Marshall 法學院接受美國專利法及實務培訓。擅長有機化學、高分子化學、精細化工、化學工程等技術領域的專利申請文件撰寫、審查意見答覆、專利複審和無效,以及行政訴訟業務。

Speaker biography:
Mr. LIU Peng
Patent Attorney, Attorney-at-Law

Mr. Liu received his M.S. in Signal and Information Processing from Tongji University in 2003, and LLM in IP law from Peking University in 2014. He was qualified as a patent attorney in 2006 and was admitted to practice law in 2009. He received further training on the U.S. and European patent prosecution and litigation in the United States and France.
Mr. Liu has been working with China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. since 2003. He has been active in patent litigations/invalidation actions in the fields of electronics, telecommunications and mechanics before the Patent Reexamination Board, Beijing Intellectual Property Court, Beijing High People Court and the Supreme People's Court. Mr. Liu has broad experience in handling prosecution, licensing, contract reviewing, FTO and Due Diligence investigation, and has represented the clients in litigations on patent, trademark, copyright, domain name and anti-unfair competition issues.

Mr. ZHAO Sulin
Patent Attorney, Attorney-at-Law

Mr. Zhao received his B.S. in Analysis Chemistry (with a minor in Computer Application) in 1995 and his M.S. in Applied Chemistry in 2000 from Beijing University of Chemical Technology. He joined CPA and qualified as a patent attorney in 2000. He was trained in the European patent law at a German law firm in 2005. In 2006, Mr. Zhao was conferred an LL.M. degree in Civil and Commercial Law by the Law School of Renmin University of China. He qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2009, and got training on U.S. patent law and practice in John Marshall Law School (United States) in 2011. Mr. Zhao is skillful in drafting application documents in the fields of organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, fine chemistry, and chemical engineering, and experienced in preparing responses to office actions in the substantive examination proceedings, handling reexamination and invalidation cases, and dealing with patent-related administrative litigation in the above fields.
