MCM College: House Association Committee Team Building Day
On 10 November 2019, the House Association (HA) of Moon Chun Memorial College held a Committee Team Building Day. At the beginning , the committee members introduced themselves during the ice-breaking session. Afterwards, they divided into groups and competed each other through group games which challenged their communication and cooperation abilities. This team-building session increased their understanding of each other and strengthened their relationships.
During the sharing session, HA President, Benson Lin had one-to-one conversation with each committee member to understand their thoughts about the House Association. Some committee members shared that they learnt a lot from their work at HA this semester, some provided their opinions and suggestions for the future development of House Association. Lastly, President Lin expressed his appreciation to the committee members for the synergy which they demonstrated in the team. He also recognized the committee members’ contribution to HA. In addition, he encouraged everyone to seek for personal growth and strive for excellence while working for HA. He believed that with the joint effort of everyone, the House Association of Moon Chun Memorial College will become better and better.
滿珍紀念書院：院生會幹事團建日
2019年11月10日，滿珍書院院生會於學生活動中心舉辦了幹事團建日。活動開始，所有幹事在破冰環節中進行自我介紹。其後，大家以分組比賽形式展開了多項以音樂為主題的團體遊戲，包括歌詞接龍，歌名搶答，你來畫我來猜等，充分考驗了幹事之間的溝通和合作能力，也促進了幹事之間的認識，增進了彼此的關係。
在分享環節中，林浩祥主席和每一位幹事進行一對一的溝通和交流，以了解他們對院生會的想法。有幹事表示在這學期的工作中學習到很多東西，並對院生會的未來發展提出了一些意見與建議。最後，林主席對幹事們在團隊中所展現出的同心協力表示讚賞，並對他們所作的貢獻表示感謝。他同時鼓勵大家在院生會的工作過程中尋求個人成長，在追求卓越的過程中讓所舉辦的活動變得盡善盡美。他相信在大家的共同努力下，滿珍紀念書院的院生會會變得越來越好。 |
