The ALLEX Foundation (Alliance for Language Learning and Educational Exchange) is a non-profit organization based in Ithaca, New York. It was founded with the primary mission of advancing global understanding and intercultural exchange through education.
ALLEX語言教學聯盟為一非營利機構，總部設於美國紐約州伊薩卡。成立的宗旨為促進國家彼此間的相互了解，擴大國際間的教育交流。

| About ALLEX Scholarship / 關於ALLEX獎學金 |
Students selected for the ALLEX Scholarship Program will receive a scholarship for full tuition, room, and food to pursue a Master’s or second Bachelor’s degree. In exchange for this scholarship students are required to teach one or two courses of Chinese at the host university. Over the last 30 years ALLEX and its predecessor organization, Exchange Japan, have arranged scholarships for over 900 students to earn Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees at U.S. institutions.
Eligibility for Scholarship:
- Applicants can choose the major of their Master's or second Bachelor degrees.
- Applicants who wish to pursue Master's degree are required to submit test scores of GRE and TOEFL/ IELTS.
- Experience in teaching Chinese is not required, although those without adequate experience will be required to take the ALLEX Chinese Teacher Training Program held at Washington University in St. Louis the summer before academic studies commence.
- Application deadline: 5 December 2019

ALLEX獎學金提供機會讓母語為中文之人士。學生一旦被ALLEX錄取，將會獲得全額獎學金（其中包括全額學費、住宿費和伙食費），在美國的大學完成碩士課程或第二學士學位課程的同時，擔任一至兩門漢語的教學工作。在過去的30年中，ALLEX以及其前身機構北美大學教育交流委員會，已為超過900位學生發放獎學金，幫助他們在美國大學獲得碩士或第二學士學位。
獎學金申請資格：
- 申請者可自選碩士學位或第二個學士學位之專業。
- 碩士學位申請者需要提交GRE以及托福/雅思成績。
- 申請者無需具備教授漢語經驗，中文教學經驗不足者，將統一於入學前的暑假於聖路易斯華盛頓大學聖路易斯分校接受ALLEX漢語師資培訓項目。
- 截止日期：2019年12月5日
