MCM College is delighted to present "Body-Mind-Spirit Well-Being II - Mindful Yoga" on Friday, 22 Mar 2019 in S1-G015, Activity Room.

Kenneth Wong, President of Hong Kong Mindful Yoga Association, is a well experienced yoga and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) course instructor in Hong Kong. He has over twenty years of practicing experiences in Viassana meditation and yoga, plus over ten years of related teaching experiences.
