To: All Users,

Please be informed that the check in/out service, Oracle Form and some web applications are intermittently unavailable from 8:00 a.m. today (15 April, 2019) due to technical issues, some users may experience "ORA-28040: No matching authentication protocol" error or service interruption. Immediate actions have been taken and all services have been resumed at 11:40 a.m.
