Utilize Your Holiday for Career Planning
傳統的佳節是你做職業規劃的好時機。無論你是上學期才剛開始大學生活的新生，亦或你是即將畢業的大四學生，你都有時間去回顧一下自己過往的經歷並規劃自己的未來。
The traditional holiday season is a great time to do some critical career planning. Whether you are a freshmen or a year 4 student, you will likely to have some time off to reflect back on your past and make plans for the future. |
- 回顧自己的成就。你個人生活中的成就非常重要。這些成就在你的未來僱主眼中是否看起來挺重要的？如果是的話， 想一想如何將這些經歷運用在你的求職之中。
- 為你的職業發展訂立一個目標清單。為自己準備一個合適的行動計劃，為求職進行自我發展。
- 利用假期在自己有興趣的企業裡實習，這樣不僅可以累計工作經驗，也可以為自己的履歷加分。
- Reflect on your accomplishments. Accomplishments in your personal life are critical. Do any of these experiences sounds appealing to the potential employers? If so, figure out how they could be used to your advantage for job-hunting.
- Make a target list for your career development. Establish a plan that works for you, so that you can be fully prepared for job hunting or self-development.
- Do internships in the companies that you are interested in, not only will you accumulate work experience, but you will also be able to polish your resume.
