MLC organized Career Planning Workshop – Overseas Real Estate Industry
The Student Ambassador of MLC successfully invited Mr. Roy Kwok CY, the Chief Economist and Strategist of Jade Land Properties (HK) Limited, to give a workshop in the "Looking into different industries series- Overseas Real Estate Industry" on the evening of March 18, 2019. The workshop attracted more than 30 students to attend. Roy shared his experience in the latest information of the industry and several common issues on selecting a "good" property. After the workshop, Roy actively interacted with the students and answered their questions one by one.
