旨在讓不同國藉不同背景的學生分享國外學習的經驗及文化，令有意參加交換計劃的學生更加了解交換計劃的意義及當地的學習文化。
同時亦能了解出發交流前注意事項，以及從同學身上學習參與交換的經驗，
