| 填妥網上報名表後，生涯發展中心將以電郵通知獲錄取的學生。請於指定日期之辦公時間內，前往本中心繳付費用，每個工作坊坊費用為澳門幣30元。敬請帶備零錢，恕不找續。
生涯發展中心地址：學生活動中心 (E31) 2樓2004室
After completing the online application form, the Career Development Centre will inform successful applicants through email. Please pay the fee(s) to our centre during office hours on the specified dates. Registration fee: MOP30 per workshop. Please tender the exact amount of fee.

| 名額有限，先到先得。 報名一經確認，恕不退還費用。
Due to limited quota, application is accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Fee will not be refunded once the application is confirmed. |
| 若報名不足，本中心保留取消該工作坊之權利，有關報名費將全數退回。
The Career Development Centre reserves the right to cancel the workshop if the number of applications is below the minimum requirement; application fee will be refunded accordingly. |
| 此活動已列入「全人發展獎勵計劃」中的「具有國際視野的公民」項目，全程參與者可獲予“CS”分數。(每半小時5分 "CS")
This activity will be counted as the "Citizenship with Global Perspectives" area of the "Whole Person Development Award Program". Participants who have attended the workshop fully may receive "CS". (Each 0.5 hour of activity is worth 5 "CS") |
