The Centre for Teaching and Learning Enhancement (CTLE) is now looking for student helper(s) to assist with short term administration of a training program with the following details:

Project-based (training program): Hourly Rate@MOP66.00, 72 hours per month, from 20/08/2019 to 19/10/2019.

Vacancy: 2

Work scope

· Assist in course administration including enrollment, attendance, grading of student assignments;

· Assist in general enquiries relevant to the training program;

· Provide on-site logistic support and coordination;

· Perform data inputting and analyses;

· Assist on other ad-hoc assignments and duties.

· Current postgraduate student;

· Previously worked as a TA or completed Teaching Assistant Training Workshop with a certificate issued by CTLE;

· Possess knowledge in navigating and administering course site on UMMoodle;

· Possess knowledge in using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel;

· Good in speaking and writing Cantonese, English and Mandarin;

· Polite and strong sense of responsibility with positive working attitude;

· Can work on fixed working schedule as assigned.

Working Location: CTLE Office (E6-3114) and training venue in Central Teaching Building
