This Fall Semester, CTLE will continue to sponsor a series of workshops that introduce core skills for graduate students that are involved in teaching and may go on to work in academic institutions in a teaching or an instructional capacity. This workshop series is open to all UM postgraduate students, especially for those who are hired as Teaching Assistants and are required to complete the workshop before providing any ancillary teaching. Typically, each workshop session (75-minute) will have a topic to focus and will involve a learning activity, consisting of a short reading and an on-line web activity that is to be completed prior to the workshop. To complete the series with a certificate, individuals need to participate at least six workshops and six online UMMoodle learning assignments.

Workshops will be organized by CTLE and delivered by UM academic staff with support from CTLE. 教與學優化中心於2019/2020學年的上學期推出了一系列為大學助教(TA)而設的工作坊，這系列的工作坊將介紹不同於教學應用上的核心技能，對於現任大學助教或正在學術機構工作的研究生及準備投身教學事業的準畢業生都有很大的幫助。由教與學優化中心舉辦、澳大教學人員主講的大學教學工作坊系列的每一節課將歷時75分鐘，歡迎有興趣的澳大研究生或教職員參加。出席六節或以上工作坊並完成UMMOODLE在線學習課程作業的參加者將獲得由教與學優化中心發出的參與證明。 注意：所有出任大學助教必須完成此工作坊並獲得參與證明。
