SPC Embellished by Students’ DIY Works
October witnesses the busy mid-term exam season, but it does not interrupt Whole Person Education for Shiu Pong College students. Floor committees organized various DIY workshop and decorated the college with students’ creative works, enlivening the atmosphere and environment of the college.
These floor activities include “Hand-made aromatherapy workshop” by 4th floor, “Masks painting” by 5th floor, “Painting by numbers” by 6th floor and “Tie dyeing workshop” by 2nd floor. Through these activities, participants not only gained a deeper insight of the culture of these craftsmanship, but also practiced different skills on their own, while enhanced their teamwork spirit and service consciousness to the college. Currently, works by students are displayed in the patio and different corners in the college, a refreshing, artistic feast to greet and ease the eyes and the hearts of students and visitors.
同學齊動手 讓SPC更美
十月雖然是忙碌的期中考試季，但紹邦書院的同學們並沒有因此就放鬆自己的全人教育。樓層委員會舉辦了多種多樣的DIY工作坊，並用同學們親手製作的漂亮物件將書院裝飾得更加漂亮。
這些活動包括四層的“香薰石膏DIY”、五層的“假面的告白”、六層的“數碼油畫”以及二層的“扎染工作坊”。參與的同學們不僅深入了解了相關的文化，鍛煉了動手能力，還培養了團隊合作、服務書院的精神。如今，他們精心製作的成果佈置在書院的中庭和各個角落，讓同學們和來訪者都能感受到書院自由活潑又富有藝術氣息的氛圍。
