The University of Macau has held the UM Open Day 2020 on Sunday 12 January, welcoming the public with various consultation booths, workshops, guided tours, themed talks and performances. As one of the residential colleges opened this year, MCM College has provided guided tour, band performance, music instrument workshop, and English afternoon tea to students, parents, and friends from Macao and the Greater Bay Area, attracted over a thousand visitors to the College.
The UM Open Day has not only been a fun and memorable Sunday for the public, but also a meaningful day for MCM College students. They welcome the public to their “home” with full-bloom enthusiasm and prepared MCM College’s own signature soaps and cookies for visiting friends. After one whole day, students mentioned that it can be tiring, but they enjoyed the happiness that came as they are able to give and serve. |
