Please be informed that ICTO will perform software patch on Staff Email Servers from 13 March (Wed) to 16 March (Sat), 2019), for maintaining the reliability and security.
During the said period, all staff email services including Outlook Client, Outlook Web App, Mobile Outlook and IMAP Client still run as normal without suspension.
According to the walk-through test, each server will take at least 3 hours to accomplish the installation together with the prerequisite check and post verification test. The maintenance will be carried out in phases by the best practice as below:
