Job Description of Student trainee (IT related)
The Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS) is recruiting student trainee for IT support and general administrative work. The monthly stipends will be based on the number of training hours at a rate of MOP66/hour. The training hours are flexible to accommodate student’s timetable and are limited to a maximum 72 hours per month.

Responsibilities

· Install operating system and software, particularly:
o Reinstall computers with Mac OS / Windows
· Replace damaged hardware or upgrade outdated equipment

· Provide basic IT supporting to faculty member

· Maintain asset inventory records (i.e. stock take)

· Provide assistance to design web pages and graphics

· UM students

· Computer Sciences or related majors is preferred

· Experience with installing Windows and Mac OS system

· Experience with using Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign

· Experience with front-end web development (HTML/CSS/Javascript)

· Experience with Wordpress management and development is preferred

· CV in English / Chinese
