學生事務部將舉辦「校園創業計劃 – 學生商店比賽」。我們希望利用簡短問卷，了解學生／職員對於校園食肆的意見。你的的意見對我們十分重要，並可能會影響下學年位於E31（學生活動中心）及N8（澳大綜合體育館）的學生商店所提供的食品／商品選項。您所提供的寶貴資料將作分析用途。每位同學及同事將會在稍後收到一封邀請電郵，並附上獨立連結作問巻填寫。

凡於11月7日或之前完成問卷調查者，即可提供個人資料參加抽獎，並將有機會獲得澳門大學澳門通乙份（每張卡含澳門幣100 元之儲值額，共13份）作為獎勵。

Student Affairs Office is going to organize the "Campus Entrepreneurship Program - Student Shop Competition". We are working on a short survey to find out students/staff opinions on food shops on campus. Your opinions are very important to us and may influence food/product options available at the student shops in E31 (Student Activity Center) and N8 (Sports Complex) of the next academic year. All the information obtained will be for our reference and analysis only. An individual link will be sent to each student and staff through email in due course.

If you finish the online survey on or before November 7, you will have a chance to join the lucky draw by providing personal information and win one of the UM Macau Pass (MOP100 stored value in each card, total 13 prizes).
