The Strategy and Planning Office is now looking for dedicated and responsible student trainees for assisting in daily administrative work.

Job description

1. Assist in data collection
2. Assist to conduct analysis
3. Provide administrative support to the team
4. Perform other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Punctual, responsible, proactive, detail-oriented;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good knowledge of application software (MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
  

Stipend and Work Hours

• Hourly rate: MOP66
• Weekly work hours: at least 12 hours a week
• Maximum work hours: 72 hours per month
