To cultivate students in the appreciation of music and arts, Moon Chun Memorial College has organized students to a guided tour about the “Garden of Earthly Delights” and “Wynn – Post Haywain” art exhibitions, and learn about the meaning and inspiration behind each exhibited art pieces.
During the guided tour provided by Wynn Palace, students walked through the hall of creation with an exhilarating mind. They are in awe of the geniuses and found the art pieces very picturesque. Many of the students are freshmen who have only studied and lived in Macau for two months, they found art in Macau so easily accessible and are amazed by the cultural atmosphere cultivated in Macau and in the College.
The cultivation of cultural appreciation takes time, as it requires students to learn about different cultures and traditions. Through this series, MCM College will continue to explore with students on different forms of arts and culture, so they can become more open in the understanding of different values and embracing them in a respectful manner. |
