The monthly stipend will be based on the number of training hours at a rate of MOP66/hour. The training hours are flexible to accommodate student’s timetable and are limited to a maximum 72 hours per month.
Job Descriptions and Requirements Position 1: Student trainee for general IT support Job Descriptions: 1. Install operating system and software, particularly reinstall Mac OS / Windows 2. Replace damaged hardware or upgrade outdated equipment 3. Provide basic IT supporting to faculty members 4. Maintain assets inventory record (i.e. stock take) 5. Provide assistance to design web pages or graphics Requirements: 1. A UM student 2. Computer Sciences or related majors is preferred 3. Experience with front-end web development (HTML/CSS/Javascript) 4. Experience with Wordpress management and development is preferred 5. Experience with installing Windows and Mac OS system 6. Experience with using Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign Position 2: Student trainee for e-system development for streamlining administrative work Job Descriptions: 1. Assist in the development of simple e-systems that help streamline administrative work: 2. Provide basic IT supports to faculty members and general office Requirements 1. A UM student 2. Computer Sciences or related majors is preferred 3. Experience with front-end web development (HTML/CSS/Javascript) 4. Experience with Wordpress management and development is preferred 5. Strong background in programming 6. Capable to work independently 7. Extensive experience with both Windows and Mac OS systems 8. Superb skills in using MS Office Suite 9.
