Dear Colleagues,

The Centre for Teaching and Learning Enhancement (CTLE) would like to cordially invite you to take part in the Online Faculty Professional Development Workshops on Community Building and Online Assessment with UM Faculty including Prof. Katrine Wong (DCTLE/FAH), Prof. Emily Wang (ICMS), Prof. Thomas Lok (FST), and Dr. Alice Lee (FAH-ELC). Drawing on our experience and recent sharing from teachers at UM, participants in these two online workshops will explore possibilities and outline activities that can be used to create positive changes in teaching online or building an online/blended course.

Join us online for one or two professional development workshop sessions in which we look at two hot topics related to teaching online: community building and online assessment. >>REGISTER NOW

Workshop details
Date: 18 March 2020 (Next Wednesday)
Delivered online via Zoom

Session One: Community Building (10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.)
Session Two: Online Assessment (11:15 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.)

Both sessions will begin with opening remarks, followed by chat activity, breakout rooms discussions, Q&As.

**Participation in BOTH sessions will be documented as equivalent of one hour of Professional Development for Teaching and Learning (applicable to UM Academic Staff only).**
