The Quality Management System (QMS) Workgroup successfully conducted the User Satisfaction Survey 2019 in January 2020.
After analyzing and consolidating the information collected from the aforementioned survey, the QMS Workgroup has prepared a summary report which is now uploaded onto the UM Website (Quality Management Page) for your perusal.
