To: All Users

Due to the unexpected compatibility issue between Microsoft Office 365 email service and Trend Micro Hosted Email Security, you may have experienced failure in sending email to some external organizations which are using Microsoft Office 365 as their email services. ICTO have fixed the problem at 17:00 on 11 February, 2019. Please be reminded to resend the email if you received an undeliverable bounced message.

For students who are using UM@Connect, if you have set auto-forwarding to your personal mailbox, some emails may be failed to forward. Please login to UM@Connect Webmail (https://webmail.um.edu.mo/) and you can see all emails here even those emails cannot be auto-forwarded.
