要求
Requirement |
- 有問卷調查電話訪問經驗者優先考慮 / Candidates with experience in phone interviews of survey research are preferable
- 同時具有良好的廣東話及普通話聽說能力 / Candidates with proficiency in speaking and listening both Cantonese and Mandarin
- 熟悉中文及英文輸入 / Proficient in Chinese and English typing
- 能於整段電話訪問時期上班 / Able to work throughout the whole period of phone interviews
- 必須出席調查前之說明會 / Must attend the briefing session in advance

工作主要內容
Job Description | 利用電話訪問的方式，致電畢業生作電話提醒及收集資料，準確輸入網上問卷系統；如有特別情況，則按主管要求記錄訪問進度及協助跟進訪問。
Make calls to remind graduates to complete the online survey. Collect graduates' data using phone interviews and record the information into the online survey system. Record the interview status according to the instructions of the project supervisor and follow up the calls. |
工作時期
Work Period | 2019年11月5日至11月19日，星期一至五 18:00 - 22:30，星期六及日 13:00 - 22:30

Training Rate | 完成一份有效及資料整齊完整的問卷將獲得澳門幣50元 / MOP50 for each survey with valid and complete information collected |
