UM Staff can login the Jabber client with the UMPASS. If you will use Jabber client on your personal devices such as mobile device, please enter UserID@umac.mo at the first time, then you can login with your UMPASS. Q2: How do I forward the calls via Jabber client? To forward all calls to another number: 1. Click your icon after login the Jabber client. 2. Click the setting button. 3. Select “call forward” option. 4. Click “new number” and input the number (e.g. mobile phone). Forwarding to external number, you need to enter “6” + the external number.
