Dear Colleagues and Students,

Since 1st July, the cleaning service of the University has been contracted to NK Facility Services Ltd. (hereinafter 'NK'). Recently, we have received many complaints that the cleaning service is not satisfactory. We immediately communicated with NK and assisted to improve the existing problems. Since this is the first time for NK to provide cleaning services to university, the management and cleaning staff may need time to familiarize with campus environment and operations. We will continue to monitor NK's works and improve the service quality. It is expected that the cleaning service level will be resumed to normal soon. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the different impact that bring to the users.
