The International Institute of Macau (IIM) has announced the Young Researcher Award 2020, intended to promote scientific research in issues of interest to the Macau SAR, and to recognize important research projects developed by local students and researchers in the Higher Education Institutions, as well as graduated or researchers from private institutions of the Macau SAR.

The 2020 Awards will be dedicated to the following research areas:
(1) Applied sciences;
(2) Social sciences.

A monetary prize of MOP25,000 will be awarded to the winner in each of the work areas.

All students, graduates, teaching staff or researchers from the higher education institutions are
eligible to apply for the Young Researcher Award.
(Applicants must not exceed the age of 30 years old, on 30 September, 2020)

All applications must be presented at the IIM on or before 30 September 2020, 6p.m.
