張崑崙書院及何鴻燊東亞書院師生參訪交通事務局交通控制及訊息中心學習交通安全知識

Cheong Kun Lun College (CKLC) and Stanley Ho East Asia College (SHEAC) jointly organized a learning tour to DSAT Traffic Control and Information Center in January 2019. Around 25 students and staff joined the visit. When entering the center core area, all of us were shocked by the center’s big screens (with more than 130 screens on the wall) monitoring the traffic conditions in all corners of Macau in real time. The representatives from DSAT first introduced the duties of DSAT, and then explained different traffic safety knowledge and the rationale behind, and then elaborated the mechanism of handling emergencies (such as traffic accidents), how to release the most updated traffic information to public, how DSAT collaborates with the Traffic Department of Public Security Police Force, how to monitor buses’ location and condition in real time, and etc. The sharing from DSAT representatives successfully attracted students’ attentions. Many questions were raised in the Q&A session. The visit overran more than 30 minutes to cater to students’ need and ended with a fruitful discussion.

張崑崙書院與何鴻燊東亞書院師生日前組織師生參訪交通事務局交通控制及訊息中心（以下簡稱中心）學習交通安全知識。大約25位師生參與本次參訪。當學生們走進該中心的核心區域時，被實時監控澳門各個角落交通信息的130多個屏幕給震驚了。中心代表表示，這還只是調取了部分交通信息顯示在該大屏幕上。中心代表首先爲師生們介紹交通事務局的各項職能；然後詳解講解不同的交通安全知識，特別其背後的原因；介紹了面臨緊急的交通狀況的應對機制；如何週期地發佈實時交通信息給大衆；解釋了交通事務局和治安警察局的合作及溝通機制，還說明了如何監控澳門所有巴士的實時位置及狀況及其背後的原理等。

中心代表的分享顯然點燃了學生們的興趣，在問答環節不斷提出不同的問題。由於學生們的積極發問，最後不得不延長30分鐘討論時間，滿足學生們的需求。

整個活動富有成效的討論中結束。
