Abstract:
A practical workshop that allows participants to experience a simple yet effective method for Relaxation and Meditation. Heartfulness is a Yoga based system that is not affiliated to any system of belief and welcomes people from all backgrounds (see www.heartfulness.org for details). It offers a free and simple method to help practicants maintain a stress-free, productive and balanced state of being. More than a million people practice this system of meditation worldwide and Trainers offer one-on-one and online sessions to follow-up and help guide practicants deepen their experience on a purely voluntary basis.

Heartfulness Meditation has chapters in many international institutions including Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Regular meditation and group-meditation sessions are conducted on the UM campus every week since 2015
