Notice on Graduation Photo Delivering for Postgraduate
Dear students,
As there are students who have not picked up their graduation photo, UMPA will arrange another office time for graduation photo delivery. Students who have bought the graduation photo, please bring your student card and the payment receipt to get the photos on 6, June, 2019 (Office hour: 14:00-18:30) at S3-G017 (Post-graduate Office).
Please pay attention to the following matters:
1. Please make sure you have the student card and the payment receipt to get the photos.
2. Since a set of graduation photo for Ph.D. graduates is composed of two photos (1 photo of Ph.D. and 1 group photo) only, the Graduation Committee will return MOP30 to each order of Ph.D. graduates after negotiated with the photography company.
3. The photos can be taken by substitution. The trustee should bring the authorization letter (the sample is attached), payment receipt and a copy of student ID to get the photos.
4. The graduates of last year (AY 2017/18) can get the photos. Please bring the identification documents (any one of the following documents: student card, identification card, Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao, graduation certificate) and the payment receipt to get photos. Take notice that graduation photos of previous year will not be reserved after 8, June, 2019 anymore.
