Other applicants will be put onto the waiting list for that offer. |
IAESTE Macao
(Global Affairs Office)
[March] | Attend interview conducted by IAESTE Macao | Qualified nominees will be registered on the IAESTE exchange system and prepare a nomination package for the next stage. |
IAESTE hosting office
[April - May] | IAESTE hosting office will examine the nomination package. They may request supplementary documents or interviews.
If the nominee is deemed qualified, the nomination will be sent to the employer for final decision.
If not, the nominee will be rejected. |
| Employer will make the final decision whether to accept the student or not.
On average, the nominee will be notified of the result 8 weeks after the submission of the nomination package. |
