Following the visit of PGH Men’s Basketball Team to the Macao garrison in Macao, in order to enrich the graduate life and enhance the inter-school friendship between Macao, PGH Basketball Team played a friendly competition with Macao Polytechnic Institute Alumni Basketball Team in UM a few days ago.
The whole game was fierce and the two teams were evenly matched. All the players on both sides were energetic. In the end, PGH Basketball team won by 55:48.
Zhang Di, the captain of PGH Basketball team, said they should learn from Macao Polytechnic Institute Alumni Basketball Team for technical and tactical cooperation and physical fitness. Jiao Yubo, the deputy captain of PGH Basketball Team, said the friendly competition enriched the postgraduate's spare time and cultivated the sense of mutual cooperation and the willpower of hard work. Through this basketball compitition, PGH Basketball Team improved their cohesiveness and centripetal force, enhanced the friendship with the Macau Polytechnic, and released the students' learning pressure, which also ignited the enthusiasm of students to participate in sports.
