Speaker Biography :  Dr. Carter Tseng is the chairman of the Little Dragon Foundation, the executive chairman of the Nankai International Management Forum, the Vice Chairman of Dinghe. He also serves as special adviser to the president of Hsinchu Tsinghua University, professor of EMBA, professor of Beijing Tsinghua University president training course. Dr. Tseng mainly engaged in high-tech business and strategic alliances, trained nearly a hundred Chinese corporate managerial talents including Tianjin Zhonghuan Electronic Computer Company, Shenzhen TCL Computer and Communications, BOE etc.

主講人簡介: 曾憲章博士目前擔任「曉龍基金會」董事長，「南開國際管理論壇」執行主席，新竹科學園區鼎鶴副董事長，並兼任新竹清華大學校長特別顧問、EMBA教授、北京清華大學總裁培訓班教授等。主要從事高科技的經營及策略聯盟，培訓了包括天津中環電子計算機公司、深圳TCL電腦及通訊、北京京東方集團等在內的近百位中國大型企業經營管理人才
