實習簡介 INTERNSHIP INTRODUCTION

申報資格 Eligibility	申報人必須為澳門大學在讀學生 Applicants must be UM current Student 中文流利 Fluent in Chinese
名額 Quota	本地學生（持有澳門或香港身份證）:26* Local students with Macau or HK ID:26* 內地學生：5* Mainland Students:5* * 該名額由主辦方設定。The Quota is set by the organizer.
優先權 Priority	將優先錄取大二及大三的同學 Priority will be given to Year 2 and Year 3 students
實習城市 Internship Destination	廣州市南沙自貿區 Nansha Pilot Free Trade Zone, Guangzhou
主辦單位 Organizer	廣州市南沙區青年聯合會 Nansha Youth Federation, Guangzhou
實習期 Internship Period	第一期：2019 年6 月1日到7 月12日（6 周）； 第二期：2019 年7 月14日到8 月9日（4周）。 Batch ONE: June 1st to July 12th, 2019 (6 weeks); Batch TWO: July 14th to August 9th, 2019 (4 weeks).
實習津貼 Internship Subsidy	為優秀實習生（實習總人數10%）發放實習獎學金人民幣2500元 Internship Scholarship of RMB 2500 will be awarded to outstanding interns(10% of the total interns)
實習安排 Internship Arrangement	交通：安排免費穿梭巴士往返酒店與實習單位； 住宿：安排三星級以上酒店，每間房安排三名同性別同學入住，一人一床，未經許可，不得私自換房； 飲食：平日酒店統一安排早、晚餐，實習單位負責午餐；休息日學生自行解決； 保險：統一為學生購買保險。 Transportation: Free shuttle bus between hotel and internship location is provided; Accommodation: The organizer will arrange accommodation for the interns (3 same-gender interns per room); Meal: Breakfast and dinner will be provided by the hotel, lunch on working days will be provided by the internship company, meals on days-off need to be covered by the interns; Insurance: Organizer will purchase insurance for the interns.
甄選流程 Selection Process	報名 --> 由本中心面試報名同學 -->本中心統一為通過面試的同學向主辦單位報名 --> 由主辦單位進行配對 --> 通知參加者實習單位 --> 出席實習出發前宣講會 --> 參加實習 Submit application -> Attend interview conducted by CDC -> Submit applications to the organizer by CDC for students who pass the interviews -> Match internship placement ->Inform participants the internship offer -> Attend Pre-departure briefing session -> internship
按金 Deposit	為確保申請者對實習活動的履行，以避免無故退出實習為澳大及申請者個人帶來的負面影響，故此，申請者需要於出席面試時繳交按金澳門幣1,500元，按金會因以下三種情況全額退回: 1. 申請者未能通過面試; 2. 主辦方駁回或未能安排實習崗位; 3. 申請者成功完成實習及實習報告。 All applicants shall pay cash deposit of MOP1,500 to secure applications when conducting the interview. The purpose is to ensure all applicants' commitment to the program and avoid sudden withdrawal which really brings negative impacts on both the applicant and the image of the university. The deposit will be fully refunded to the applicants under the following conditions: 1. Applicants disqualify from interview; 2. Organizer refuses or fails to provide internship position; 3. Applicants successfully complete the internship program and internship report.
