• Fee: MOP 65/day plus deposit MOP 500. Please pay the exact price, no change will be provided.
• Payment: 24^th or 25^th of January when you go to try the gowns
• Students who need to rent the bachelor graduation gown should fill the form in the below link for application on or before 23th Jan, and “First come, First served”. ; otherwise you may not be able to get the rented gown. (No application will be accepted at the day of graduation photo shoot)

The procedure for renting bachelor graduates gown

1. For graduates who need to rent the bachelor gowns:
- Please be at E31-G015&16 on 24^th or 25^th of January (10:00 - 13:00 & 14:30 - 18:00) to try on their gowns.

2a. For graduates who will participate in the graduation photo shoot at 10^th March:
- It is necessary to get the graduation gowns on 8^th March in N2-U Hall (14:00 -18:00) .
- Graduates have to return the rented bachelor graduates gowns back to N2-U Hall on 10th March (before 6pm) or latest at 11^th March (10am to 1pm), whether or not you will participate the photo shoot at 16^th March.

2b. For graduates who will participate in the graduation photo shoot at 16^th March:
- It is necessary to get the graduation gowns on 15^th March in N2- UHall (14:00 – 18:00) .
- Graduates have to return the rented bachelor graduates gowns back to N2-U Hall on 16th March (before 6pm) or latest at 18^th March (10am to 1pm).

3. Refund of deposit
The deposit will not be refunded to the graduate if he/she returns the gown late to N2-U hall or lose the gown.

Recruitment of student helpers
