UM inaugurates new leadership of its Students’ Union
The University of Macau (UM) Students’ Union (SU) recently held an inauguration ceremony for its new leadership. The ceremony was witnessed by members of local organisations, representatives of the students’ unions of higher education institutions, as well as UM faculty members and students. Rector Yonghua Song encouraged the students to broaden their horizons, increase their competitiveness, grasp the opportunities in the Greater Bay Area, and contribute to China and Macao. Sabino Chao, director general of the UMSU, says that the SU will continue to collect feedback from UM students in order to improve the efficiency and quality of its work.
