Dear Students and Colleagues,

Kindly be informed that “The Fun Run of Bank of China Branch” will be held on 24 November, 2019 (Sunday) during the morning time. To cope with the above-mentioned activity, Security and Transport Section (STS) will implement the following special traffic arrangements from 06:00 am to 11:00 am:
  • Single-way traffic (from North to South) will be implemented on the lane near RC buildings along Alumni Avenue;
  • The lane near Faculty buildings along Alumni Avenue will be blocked,
  • Library North, Library Plaza, Library South, Central Avenue and Alumni Avenue will be enclosed/diverted;
  • Staff Car Park P4 will be opened for limited access during the activity;
  • The route of campus loop service during the activity will be adjusted as below:

    1. PGH Postgraduate House Bus Stop → 2. E4 Anthony Lau Building Bus Stop → 3. N2 University Hall Bus Stop → 4. N6 Administration Building Bus Stop → 5. W11 Moon Chun Memorial College → 6. W21 Chao Kuang Piu College → 7. W31 College → 8. Corridor next to Postgraduate Houses (S4) → 1. PGH Postgraduate House Bus Stop

    Remarks:

    1. The driving route and the stops of campus loop will be resumed once the activity is finished.

Please help to deliver the above messages to related residents, contractors and outlets. Last but not the least, please take note of the traffic signs and follow the instruction of on-site staffs. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
