| Dear Students and Colleagues,
The academic year 2018/2019 is coming to the end. In order to provide convenience for student residents on moving out with luggage during 18 - 25 May, 2019, the following special traffic arrangements will be implemented during the said period.
Ÿ The road gates on the Residence Avenue (near the Staff Quarters) and the Alumni Avenue (near E11 FST) will be opened from 08:00 to 20:00. Vehicles of student residents or of their parents could drive-in the campus for pick-up and loading purpose, nevertheless, driver shall provide the exact destination, name and contact number for registration. Please refer to the attachment for the designated loading zones.

Ÿ To protect students’ safety and interests of other road users, all vehicles are prohibited to park and/or wait along the private roads. Vehicles at the loading zone should leave once upon pick-up of students and luggage.
Please deliver the above messages to related contractors and outlets. If there is any need for goods loading/uploading in the affected areas, please send email to sts.security@um.edu.mo one day in advance for relevant arrangement. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
