    為體現特區政府對大專院校學生的重視和關心，支持大專學生購買書籍、參考資料和學習用品，特區政府於2018/2019學年繼續推出“大專學生學習用品津貼”，凡持有澳門居民身份證，並在本澳或外地修讀頒授學位或學習期不少於兩學年的高等教育課程的學生，均可於現在至2019年 3月15日期間辦理登記，經審批後，可獲發澳門幣三千三百元的津貼。
