Dear Staff and Students:

Staff and students shall submit the reservation requests of the Discussion / Meeting rooms through UM Resource Booking System since 1 April, 2019. The System will be opened for reservation starting from tomorrow (29 Mar,2019).
Please comply with the “Policies of Discussion / Meeting rooms usage and reservations” as stated below, so as to maintain a good study environment.
  1. Discussion / Meeting rooms are the facilities of public entity and should be used for study and discussion purposes only. All activities not with the aforementioned purposes will be prohibited.
  2. Staff and students shall submit the Discussion / Meeting rooms reservation request through UM Resource Booking System.
  3. Reservations should be made on hourly basis with maximum of 3 hours. Each individual is allowed to make only one reservation per day.
  4. UM Resource Booking System is opened for reservations within 7 days in advance (inclusive with on-day bookings).
  5. In order to fully utilize the resources, the minimum capacity of each rooms is 3 persons.
  6. Gambling-related activities are prohibited in the Discussion / Meeting rooms such as poker, mahjong etc.
  7. Please maintain the cleanliness in the rooms.
  8. Your booking will be secured up to 15 minutes from the reservation time.
