Notice of the Presidium of the General Assembly No. 1/2019
The 1st Ordinary Meeting of UMPA General Assembly 2019
According to the 1st paragraph of article 13 of the Regulations of the University of Macau Postgraduate Association, the President of the General Assembly made this announcement.
1. Summons to all members, which refers to all postgraduate students of the University of Macau, to attend the 1st Ordinary Meeting of UMPA General Assembly 2019.
2. The date, time and venue of the meeting are:
Date: 22nd May, 2019
Time: 18:30
Venue: S3-G017
3. The agenda includes:
(1) Discussion and approval of the report on the work of 13th UMPA.
(2) Discussion and approval of the financial report of the 13th Board of Directors of UMPA.
(3) The report of the Election Committee.
(4) The confirmation of the election result of 14th Management Board of UMPA.
(5) The confirmation of the Legal person and President of the Standing committee of 14th UMPA.
(6) A.O.B.
4. According to the 3rd paragraph of article 13 of the Regulation of the University of Macau Postgraduate Association, the first convening must be attended by over half of all members. Otherwise, the President must convene for the second time which will be valid regardless of any attendance.
