UM’s EMBA and DBA programmes attract members of business elite
The Faculty of Business Administration of the University of Macau (UM) held an opening ceremony today (16 October) for the new Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree programme and the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree programme, which was launched last year. The EMBA programme admitted 30 talented young professionals from well-known companies in Beijing, Shanghai, and the Greater Bay Area (GBA), and the DBA programme admitted 20 members of the business elite from the GBA. More than half of the students have a master of business administration (MBA) degree or an executive master of business administration (EMBA) degree, and 80 per cent of them are the highest decision makers at their companies, serving as president, general manager, partner, consultant, or other important roles.
