UM Karate Team won 2 Bronzes
at "The 7th Karatedo Goju-Kai Asific Championships & Technical Seminar 2019"
The "7th Karatedo Goju-Kai Asific Championships & Technical Seminar 2019" (organized by International Karatedo Goju-kai Association) was held from 26 Sep to 1 Oct 2019 in Cebu, Philippines. There were nearly 500 people from 24 countries and regions participating in the championship this year. Besides sports competitions, our students also participated in the technical seminar, the seminar covered the content of Goju-ryu Ido. technique, Goju-ryu traditional Kumite technique and WKF/JKF Kumite technique. Students had a chance to develop better skills, enhanced friendship and further built up their network on different karate organizations.
UM Karate Team sent 2 members to participate in this event and results are shown as below:
