Dear colleagues and students,

The 13th Healthy University Week will be held on 18th to 22nd November 2019. Launch Ceremony, which symbolizes the start of the series of wonderful activities, will be held on the first day of that week (18th November) to promote health, safety and environmental protection awareness. You are cordially invited to join. Please find the details below:

Date: 18/11/2019 (Monday)

Time: 13:00 - 13:45 (Time for game booths and exhibition: 12:00 - 15:00)

Venue: Multi-function Hall, G/F, UM Guest House (N1)

Content:
Launch ceremony, award presentation of "21-days Fruit & Veggie Challenge", certificate presentation of first-aid course, cheerleading performance by the award-winning HFPJC cheerleading team, healthy exercise, game booths on food safety and occupational safety, health consultation and medical tests, electronic products recycling station, virtual reality experience of gambling addiction, prevention of drug addition and telephone scam, mental health consultation, height and weight measurement, body fat percentage measurement, blood pressure measurement, blood glucose level measurement, exhibition, etc.

The venue will be decorated with colorful fruits and vegetables. All participants will be given light lunch and seasonal fruits. Thanks to the support from related UM units and governmental departments on this event. There will be a large number of souvenirs to be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis. Registration: please fill in the e-form on or before 15/11/2019 --> staff/ student. We will then contact you to get the lunch and game coupon to be used on that day.
