Due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, most recruitment fairs are now held via on-line platforms. Zhaopin.com is one of the biggest on-line recruitment platforms, we will show you how to participate in their on-line recruitment fairs.
1.Fist, log on to the recruitment website：https://sxh.zhaopin.com/ and click log in to register and build your resume.
2.Choose the fairs that you are interested in , click to join the recruitment fair. Please note that date and time of each fair varies, but you can register to join and apply for positions in advance.
3.Choose your desired company and positions to apply and schedule an on-line interview. Download the App once the appointment is confirmed. Make sure to stay online and activate the notification function during the recruitment fair, the company will conduct on-line interview with you.
Tips of on-line interview：
- Make sure the internet connection is good；
- Choose a quiet environment for the interview, make sure the objects and background shown in your camera is tidy and clean；
- Dress formally and mind your appearance；
- Notify your family member if you want to conduct the on-line interview at home to avoid disturbances.
