UM to hold 6th Macau Symposium on Biomedical Sciences
The Sixth Macau Symposium on Biomedical Sciences, organised by the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Macau (UM), will be held on 12 June and 13 June at UM. The theme of this year’s symposium is ‘Innovation’. During the event, experts and scholars from around the world will discuss the latest research results and advanced technologies in biomedical sciences. All are welcome.
Launched in 2014, the symposium invites scientists and scholars from around the world to have in-depth discussions on topics in biomedical sciences. This year’s symposium will focus on precision medicine in cancer treatment, cancer immunology, translational medicine research, ageing research, infectious disease and therapy, drug discovery, and other new technologies in biomedical sciences. The event aims to provide a platform for academic exchange and research collaboration and to promote technological advances in the field.
